The box arrived in good shape, so I can’t really complain. Personally, I thought the packaging was a bit plain and nothing too memorable, but it did the job just fine

I’m still waiting for my order to arrive, and I’m getting annoyed. I’m not sure if there was a delay or if something got messed up with the shipping, but it’s been way longer than I expected.

My order was mostly correct, but one of the rings came in the wrong size even though the box and receipt both showed the size I actually picked. I reached out about it and got inconsistent answers, which made the whole thing more annoying than it needed to be. Shipping was fine and the ring itself looks nice, but dealing with the wrong size was frustrating. Not the worst experience, but I expected them to be a little more careful...

I really thought this bracelet looked cute online, but once it arrived, it felt way cheaper than I expected for the price. I only wore it twice and the color already started fading, plus the clasp feels loose now. Not saying it’s a scam, but it definitely doesn’t feel like something that’s going to last. Disappointing overall

I ordered from horacejewelry.com once, and overall it was a good experience. The jewelry looked nice in person and arrived without any issues, so I don’t really have any complaints there. I just wasn’t completely sure the quality matched the price, and it felt like I paid a bit more than I expected. I wouldn’t rule out buying again, especially if there’s a sale, but I’d probably wait until it feels like a better deal.

I tried to exchange a ring and it felt like it dragged on forever. I kept waiting for replies, and when they finally came, they didn’t really help at all. I don’t have endless time to chase something like this down, so the whole process was frustrating.

When I first got this jewelry, I really liked how it looked and was excited to wear it. After a few weeks, though, I started noticing the color fading a little. It’s still wearable and doesn’t look terrible, but from my experience, it just wasn’t as durable as I expected for the price

It looks really nice overall, and I do like the style, but I keep going back and forth on the material. It doesn’t feel bad or anything, just not quite what I was expecting from the description, I guess. Maybe I thought it would feel a little softer or higher quality in person. Not a huge deal and I’m still using it, but yeah, I’m not totally convinced about the feel of it.

I didn’t really connect with the style on Horace Jewelry. A lot of the pieces felt too busy for my taste, with little details that seemed like they were trying hard to be trendy but didn’t quite land.
The website itself also felt a bit cluttered. Some of the product photos were nice, but the layout made it hard to compare items side by side or zoom in on smaller details like clasps, stones, and finishes.
I can see how someone else might like this kind of look, but it just wasn’t for me. Overall it felt a little cheap and not very modern, and I ended up closing the site more annoyed than interested in buying anything

I had to wait quite a while to hear back from support, and when they finally responded, it didn’t really solve my issue. Compared to other companies I’ve used, the support here felt a lot slower and less helpful, which was frustrating

I ordered my normal ring size, but it ended up being way too tight. As someone who wears rings pretty much every day and knows my size, this was really frustrating. I could barely get it on, and the size chart didn’t make things any clearer. I was excited for it, so this was a letdown. I don’t think I’d order from them again.

The ring itself was okay and looked nice enough, but the stones just didn’t have much sparkle at all!!! I was hoping they’d shine more, so I ended up feeling a bit disappointed!!!
